This is an absolutely beautiful Art Deco Chalkware Statue of a Woman with the wind in her red hair and her dogs by her side. This looks like Maureen O'Hara in the movie "Quiet Man" co starring John Wayne filmed in 1952 in Ireland.
Chalkware is a delicate material. Most pieces this large have not lasted unless they have been cared for and passed along to collectors. This statue does have some chipping of paint in various areas (shown in pictures). The snout of the dog on the right is chipped and has been repaired. It appears it was reglued. On the back of the woman there is a square area that looks as if it had a sticker which was peeled off and took the paint with it.
