This a single handsome onyx horse head statue bookend. Made in the 70s, stylized horse profiles in the mid-century/art deco taste. It does appear that it may have had a base at one time. There is a small chip as shown in the photos. Still a very beautiful vintage piece of decor. This has been tested with a presidium tester and tests in the Tourmaline/Onyx range.
